At CampingGadgets.store, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
✅ Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: For health and safety reasons, some personal gear (e.g. used water filters, sleeping bags, or wearable items) may be non-returnable.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@campinggadgets.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
📩 How to Start a Return
Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund or exchange.
